About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to support our team in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
